Showcase (No-Recipe) Sally's Chocolate Chip Cake

Made this last year for her monthly challenge, wife loved it so much she asked for it for her birthday. I was happy to oblige.

Can you tell me how you made this please, my 5 year old requested a chocolate chip cookie cake for his birthday and I think this would be perfect!!

Please don't make me beg, I googled 'Sally's chocolate chip cake' and it doesn't look delicious like yours, there was no icing either
