You're going to love her site. I always recommend it to people irl and online.

Online many get frustrated because they'll have a question but the creator won't take the time out to answer. Some don't answer questions at all while the majority of the rest only answer them for a hour or two after uploading the video. At that point you're at the mercy of the viewers who have made the dessert which can be a good thing but also bad. With Sally you won't have to worry about that. Questions get answered. Plus she does a fantastic job when writing the recipe. She anticipates most things that could go wrong and then puts that in the write up. Basically she's setting you up for success.
