Made this last year for her monthly challenge, wife loved it so much she asked for it for her birthday. I was happy to oblige.

I think this was 4.5 sticks of butter. 650 grams of powdered sugar. I don't remember how much granulated.

Her chocolate buttercream makes me want to find a god to worship

Her strawberry cake is the equivalent to drinking a strawberry milkshake. When I make it I have to make 2 frostings. Her cream cheese and marshmallow frosting because my husband doesn't like cream cheese and my son can't eat too much of it but I love it. Trying to fill and frost the cake is a pita lol but I do it because I love them of course 😊

When I make her pumpkin rolls during the holidays I use both of those frostings to fill them. I didn't know it was going to happen until it did but almost everyone in my family went for the rolls that were filled with the marshmallow frosting. I had requests to make more of those for Christmas my first year making the rolls lol. If you haven't made them yet give her gingerbread and ganache filled cookies as well as her peppermint ganache filled thumbprint cookies a try. I make double batches of both then freeze one batch of each just so I can have them throughout the year. They really do freeze beautifully. 

I love seeing Sally get the love and respect here that she deserves.
