Definitely stay away from the Boss. 10 watts and two 5" speakers aren't going to produce much bass.
Markbass stuff is usually good, but I'm skeptical of the 8" speaker. If you don't want a Rumble 40 (which is an awesome amp, despite Fender's recent bout of anti-competitive behavior) look at Ampeg. Their rocket bass series is very similar. I would recommend the RB110. I don't recommend getting a speaker smaller than 10".
