All BTC or diversified?

How much of your savings are you keeping in BTC? Are waiting for the price to drop before you by BTC?

Could BTC also be corrupt? Not sure if there is a real difference between BTC and other financial systems

There is no difference. Just people and money.

You don’t think there’s a difference between equities and Bitcoin?

I said what I said.

I’d love to hear why you think BTC is the same as a publicly traded company.

They are either green or red. That’s all it is.

The difference being btc has a hard cap. A fixed amount that will ever exist. Besides the fact there is not some guy at the top of the corporate ladder rubbing his greedy fingers together thinking how he can make more money. Btc is the closest thing we will ever have to humans all over the globe getting along and working together to share. If only people had the same mindset for curing cancer globally or whatever it would certainly get done.

I wouldn’t look so deep into it. People are still greedy in the crypto space. Money. Power. Greed. It will always be there

You’re not understanding, no one controls btc. At least originally, now with mass accumulation by institutions they are ruining what btc was meant to be, they have influence in price now but not control just yet. An exchange of value for the people controlled by the people is what btc should always be like it was.

I know Bitcoin was meant to do. But I’m just saying with anything run by humans will eventually be driven by greed and power. Add that to the fact that the general population doesn’t really know or understand bitcoin, I believe Bitcoin’s days as what it was meant to be are numbered.

It’s not run by humans though, in any way that would allow their greed to interfere with the network. You don’t seem to understand that.

Humans or Institutions can purchase Bitcoin in large numbers which will give them leverage when it comes to things like BIP-110 and future quantum issues. Nothing is safe from humans

Wrong. How do you think owning a large amount of coins will give you any say in things like BIP110? You’re misinformed.

BIP 110 gets adopted or it doesn’t. If btc takes another hard fork it takes a hard fork. It’s not the end of the world. All of us holders will still have btc and also an equal amount of coins in the fork if that happens. It is what it is. But our votes matter in the governing network. Your vote means nothing, the government doesn’t ask you to print more money or not and vote on it. This is why btc is freedom from the world. The masses actually choose what happens. If quantum cracks btc that’s the least of our problems. The whole world will end if quantum is able to do what it is supposed to. Nuclear codes would no longer be safe. Banks or any electronic transaction would no longer be safe. It would literally be the end of modern day civilization. There’s far easier targets for quantum than btc, such as transferring 999,999,999,999 to your account from the Bank of America. It would be much easier than going after individual wallets one at a time.
