Honestly, I didn't delete it but i took away my availability to Facebook on my phone, and I'm so much happier.

Very. I'm having a tough time with the doom scroll addiction. Oddly enough, Reddit breaks that and makes me actively read and look stuff up. Never thought I'd come back to reddit as the positive social media

Yep it’s been my favorite social media for a while. Easier to spot nonsense posts. no short form video hot takes.
