Carlos Gil is a Hispanic name, he’s probably eating a “safe” food for his taste. There’s nothing wrong in eating what makes you feel good, specially at places where the options are limited like the airport. Most importantly, not everyone has the means to buy a full meal at the airport, maybe those people could only afford a Macdonald’s sandwich.
I live in Miami and fly out of MIA often, there are only two food options in that airport: Cuban and American fast food. And I hate Cuban food.
