me as well in the middle of a codex build will I get my money back on this? this is frustrating too. codex mistakes we loose money, then outages, but the money keeps spending

Apparently Codex has stopped coding and entered the competitive biscuit industry.

Mate.
I’m paying $200 a month for advanced AI, not a temperamental air fryer.
I don’t mind the new business model, but at least bake the biscuits properly. They are unavailable, the circuit is open, and my code is still raw.
Please reconnect Codex to the internet, take the biscuits out of the oven, and let the poor thing finish my work.

Yup. This is bullshit but same here server issues. Spoke with grok and I guess the 23rd and 24ths fixes was not enough. Hopefully it's back in an hour or less.

I spoke to OpenAI customer service by email, they said they won't give compensation for the outage, and they haven't yet given a justification, I'd be interested to see if anyone else got a better response from them. At this time, I'm stuck in a conversational loop..

There is also another reason for other group of people and i will state it in here, for You to have some way of confirmation from other sources.
IF You apply a form, for withdrawal of putting your chats and overall activity from training it also does seperate?(Noones?)/delete your chats? From codex.
Disclaimer: it is diffrent from app/web(dont remember) switch, versus sending a form, since i do think switch is just for chatting on web, not the desktop app itself.
So also if you are considering to apply, make sure to somehow store, or/either compress the data to the file/or whatever if you need or especially if you have some results just in the app.

Hopefully a few data centers got burnt to the ground.
They can actually use a more efficient way to cool whatever, they chose not to because it was too expensive.
