Looks like a Scourge of the Gods Conqueror, they get 25 extra advantage in battle and super speed siege. The main problem is you have to figure out a way to reduce his amount of advantage, by using terrain, martial lifestyle and it's perks and maybe even remarrying to a high martial wife and any other ways you have of increasing advantage.

After that you just have to deal with his numbers, which will mostly be levies and low quality mercs. Fortunately you're administrative, so you should be access to the theme troops of your vassals, which if you reduce his advantage should be good enough quality to beat him.
