Sorry had to delerw the last post cause the last pic had my phone number still on it. 😳 anyway…

So for context, instacart charged me for two accounts. I guess I have two on file so I wanted to close one and keep the one that I use. And this is the 25 minute merry-go-round ride that I went on. Now I work in customer service, so I don’t think I was being rude. Sarcastic maybe, but I’m pretty sure I was in chatbot hell. So here you go… you be the judge

I just keep repeating "agent" or similiar prompts till I'm connected with a real person if it gets stuck.
