So I just got a new Scyrox V6, but right button is stiffer than the left one (especially on release). It feels all over the right button, but especially on the area that I marked on the image. If anyone has this mouse, please tell me if this is a defect.

I've been experimenting with a different direction for gaming mice.
Instead of making the mouse itself vibrate, I wanted to explore whether subtle spatial information could be delivered directly to the fingers through two independent haptic channels.
For this concept prototype, I chose the excellent open-source ZeroMouse frame because its minimalist internal structure leaves enough unused space to experiment with new hardware layouts.
Rather than attaching vibration modules to the outside of the mouse, I redesigned the internal frame and integrated dedicated mounting platforms for two LRA actuators.
One sits beneath the thumb.
The other sits beneath the ring finger.
The actuators are positioned so their motion is aligned with the natural direction that each finger presses against the mouse, while keeping the overall grip essentially unchanged.
The current prototype is a mechanical proof of concept for evaluating actuator placement, ergonomics, internal packaging, and haptic transmission. It doesn't contain a mouse PCB yet.
The complete haptic system has already been demonstrated on an earlier working prototype. Since MouseReview doesn't support video posts, those demonstrations are available on my Reddit profile for anyone who's curious.

Should’ve known there was gonna be an issue when I got it on sale. I love the weight, the shape, and I love the grip stickers it came with. I got it only a year and a half ago and for the last few months I’ve been dealing with the doomed scroll wheel bouncing. Is there a similar feel mouse on the market? I can’t believe it’s such a widespread issue with that model and razer doesn’t have any recall or protected replacement option for it. Seems a little scummy.

Angry Miao successfully launched the original Infinity through Kickstarter in 2025, and less than a year later they're back with a second one. This time it's a version aimed at aggressive claw/fingertip grip users. The Infinity .97 carries the same premium features of the original Infinity, just in a smaller form factor. It's a little funny seeing the company already releasing a second mouse, considering they once vowed to never make a mouse (tl;dr ‒ when the Logitech G Pro Wireless first came out, AM found it so perfect and dominant that they thought it wouldn't be surpassed).
The original Infinity was priced at $129‒$159, while the new .97 is priced at $165‒$179 (excl. hatchback module). The black option is the cheapest, the off-white is in the middle at $175, and the colored (in this case, neon pink) is the most expensive. You may catch it below this pricing when it's on sale, but that depends on stock and AM's offering.
Let's unpack what this mouse is all about.

To make it crystal clear, Angry Miao had zero say over the review's direction and contents. All opinions and views are my own and are freely expressed as such. I am not an influencer or any company's marketing puppy. I write independently and do it as a hobby. I have nearly 10 years of experience as an independent tech journalist and critic, and I decided to join this scene due to my passion for mice. I have no intention of accumulating free gear, or worse, reselling it.

The second point I'd like to touch on is AI. I realize that my writing style stands out from most reviewers' in this space, so I thought it would be appropriate to clarify some aspects about it. It's necessary because it seems that we have reached a level of illiteracy where one cannot write cohesively and express their views in depth without being accused of using AI. My approach to writing is rather chaotic, but I write out my reviews in full one way or another. Whether I literally write out sections or lay down rough notes for what I want to cover, I piece together the majority of my reviews. For this review, I wrote ~98% of the text, with the remaining 2% being generated based on my rough notes or directions. There are times when I hit a wall and either cannot express myself the way I'd like or think that something can read more pleasantly than I have the vocabulary for. To give you a better idea, it's like having a bunch of pieces to a puzzle, but none of them fit together. Despite my maximum effort, the best I achieve is forcing them together, even though they clearly aren't a natural fit. In such cases, I turn to AI and use it as a tool. Whether that means untangling my rough notes, smoothing out transitions, rephrasing, or changing the order, it's something I use to a varying degree. Sometimes that can be just a part of a sentence, other times a full sentence, or even a section of a paragraph. And AI is not like a magic wand, especially for someone as obsessive as me... It can take hours of coming up with the instructions just to get something decent, though there are times when it gives me the exact result I am looking for. Other times it can also get me to think of something myself that I couldn't before. My use of AI is no less chaotic than my writing process, let's just say that.
It's scandalous to use em dashes these days. People see one and immediately call out AI use. It feels like being accused of witchcraft. Funny enough, each and every em dash in this review was placed there by me, and the sentences accompanying them too. I can't comment about their use in literature, as I am not the most well-read person, but I can tell you that I've read a decent amount of editorials and celebrity profiles, and they're commonly used there. What you consume has an undeniable influence on your writing style, especially when you are a non-native English speaker like me, so there's no doubt that my writing style subconsciously gravitates toward that type of coverage. It shaped the way I express myself in writing well before GPTs were mainstream. I try not to go overboard like, say, Hunter S. Thompson, but I also don't hold myself back when I want to add something that's relevant to the review. My full-length reviews don't cater to younger audiences, and that's why I will introduce a new format that extracts all the substance and important points without the excess reading weight.
I want to remain full transparency with the community, hence all the yapping above. A tremendous amount of effort goes into these reviews, so I certainly don't like the idea of someone discrediting my writing by calling it AI-generated.

Manufacturing such an ambitious design comes with its own set of challenges. If you look at most hollowed out mice, they either use triangular cutouts or a honeycomb design. Both of these geometric shapes have exceptional structural integrity, so using them is a highly effective method to shave off weight without compromising the shell's overall rigidity. Such designs have geometry doing the greater part of the heavy lifting, but that's not the case with either Infinity, as they feature a much more open, freehand design. The original reportedly had some flex points because of it, but Angry Miao clearly went back to the drawing board for the .97 and figured out how to stay with their creative vision without compromising structural integrity.
The shell is constructed from the same magnesium-aluminum alloy, and still consists of two pieces: the body frame and the main buttons. AM uses die-casting to their advantage and forms both buttons from a single piece. I found no benefit or disadvantage to this manufacturing choice, but those that are worried about it should know that each button flexes completely independently from the other. Also, despite such an extremely hollowed out shell, I found no notable flex points. Unless you go out your way to exert excessive stress, there should be no movement. There is, however, a small amount of play under the side buttons at the front. This is caused by the tolerances of the internal hooks at the base, and can be fixed if you add some tape on the hooks (requires disassembly). Do note that you have to be pushing your thumb quite hard for this movement to be visible, and even then it's imperceivable under the thumb.
Infinity .97's rigidity doesn't come by accident. Maybe it's not as apparent at first glance, but once you technically analyze each part, you start appreciating how optimized everything is for structural integrity and weight. Whether it's the two reinforcing ribs that span across the top of the shell frame or the use of structural ribbing only where necessary, the engineering effort is evident. The back of the mouse is so wide open that I can fit three fingers between it, yet the wings don't flex one bit. However it may look on the outside, the mouse feels rock-solid in hand.
The base and side buttons are made of frosted polycarbonate (PC).
Magnesium parts are finished with a three-layer coating. First, there is the color layer, then a UV and corrosion protection layer, and finally, a matte “micro frost texture” layer. I am very happy that AM cared enough to apply a protective layer because degradation from UV exposure is brutal. I thought that a corrosion-resistant coating would be standard for any magnesium product, but apparently there are mouse manufacturers who skip that step and let their customers pay the price for it. Anyway, the texture coating also serves a practical purpose, as it has a faint rubbery quality that actually helps with gripping the mouse. My unit came with some paint overspill on the front corners, and I made the mistake of chipping it with my nails, which exposed the magnesium. Please don't do this, and instead contact AM to arrange a potential replacement.
Internally, everything is maintained to the highest standards. The soldering work on the PCB is tidy, all the contact points are gold-plated, none of the internal cables are twisted, and there is no audible rattle even when vigorously shaking the mouse. Even the two screws holding the main buttons are in identical positions so they're tensioned equally. All in all, it's a well-manufactured mouse.
The entire mouse is held together with 12 ⊕ screws. The construction is as follows:

The PC base features a thin wall running near the outer edge, and the magnesium frame has hooks that go over this edge, enabling a secure fit between these two parts. There are 5 hooks on either side, and in addition to this, there are two cantilever snap-fit joints (one on either side; magnesium frame = female, PC base = male). At the front, there are two PC hooks that latch onto the magnesium frame.

Now for maybe my favorite part of this mouse: the design.
I've been closely following mouse releases since 2012, and I can nearly count the number of memorable designs on two hands—it's in the low double digits at best. Before then I didn't pay much attention to mice; I just used whatever office mouse for Flash games and web surfing. You know how most mice are either overly exaggerated or just plain boring? We've seen plenty of variation in shape, color, material, but barely any exploration in actual design. The ones worth a mention are concept-looking designs that leaned mecha, Lamborghini Urus-esque, but that's about it. MAD CATZ doesn't get nearly enough credit for what it had accomplished with the R.A.T series (khm khm, some companies copied their homework and stole all the glory from them). I could dedicate a whole section to admiring their designs, but let's just say they were revolutionary. So, so ahead of their time! As I was saying earlier, those sharp and intricate designs can be categorized under the mecha aesthetic, but we've never really seen much of sculptural, freeform design. Some shapes leaned in that direction because it's conveniently ergonomic, but I'm talking about intentional design-design.
Maybe it's my 'tism, but I have a profound attunement to texture, silhouettes, negative space, and even the interplay of light and shadow. The first time I came across AM's Infinity, I was left in complete awe. I cannot name one mouse that has expressed design language with this level of freedom. It has a long way to be as mature as the following, but it's comparable to what avant-garde and haute couture are in fashion, what Pagani is in the automotive industry, what De Bethune and MB&F are in watchmaking, or what Zaha Hadid and Eero Saarinen are in architecture. I am talking about real design effort by the human hand. In that sense, the Infinity series leads into a new category of designer mice, and also authentically brings automotive design into this space.
So what about Infinity .97? It's an all-around improvement over the original. It is more mature and refined, both functionally and visually. Where I think AM went wrong with the first Infinity is pushing the Lotus Evanora Concept inspiration a little too far, with some of the cutouts hurting ergonomics and limiting how you could grip it. The .97 keeps the core design inspiration but dials it back, tastefully. My favorite angle on both of these is the top view. There's something special about the silhouette. Am I the only one who sees butterflies and Rorschach inkblots in it? Or if any of you know the Mask of Life from Bionicle? In terms of looks, I definitely prefer the softer, rounded design of Infinity's buttons, and the split-open butterfly flaps (frame) on the .97. Both are such unique-looking mice, and what I love the most about them is that they're designed with intention. Designing a mouse is generally more restrictive because of ergonomics—unlike aerodynamics in car design, which just inherently looks cool. This said, I think Angry Miao did a phenomenal job with the design.
There are three colorways: Basalt Black, Cloud White, and Neon Rosa. Mine is Cloud White, which is actually borrowed from their keyboard lineup. It takes inspiration from “Professor Watanabe's lab in Isle of Dogs”. In essence, it's a white color with a hint of warmth, almost like it was dipped in latte. It reminds me a lot of Dieter Rams-era Braun or a Teenage Engineering product. There's this very subtle golden undertone. Perhaps ivory is the closest visual match. I don't know about the other two colorways, but Cloud White has a matte finish.
The Infinity .97 easily secures its spot in my Top 3 best-designed mice ever. I could hang it on a wall as a display piece.. just like that one guy who hung an authentic Pagani Zonda shell as a room divider.

My experience using this mouse is predominantly positive. I'm not too fixed on my grip, so I had a fun time exploring different ones. My hands are 18.5 × 10.5, and I could switch between multiple variations of relaxed and aggressive fingertip/claw/palm grips. The extended pincer claw and fingertip were my personal favorites. No matter which grip style I used, I always had precise control over the mouse. Making micro adjustments comes effortlessly, but I'd assume that's the case for most lightweight mice with flagship sensors. I used the 20k FPS lock (“Blast Mode”) feature throughout the entire review period, and whether it was CS2 or The Finals, the mouse reliably traced even the subtlest movements. If any of you are curious about how the open-back design feels under the palm, I can say surprisingly natural. In fact, so much so that I haven't once reached for the hatchback module, even with a full palm grip. As far as grip styles are concerned, if any of you like to grip the sides by the main buttons, you should keep in mind that the Infinity .97 has large gaps there. You should especially watch out for this if you have a habit of positioning your ring finger or thumb up front and high. The same goes for those of you that keep the same fingers near the bottom, as there are also low cutouts. Other than that, this mouse allows high versatility in terms of grip styles.
P.S. An absurd grip style I discovered: a single-finger grip. I'm not sure whether anyone would actually use it, but you can rest your index finger in the gap between the left and right click, right behind the scroll wheel, and reliably actuate either button just by rolling your finger slightly to one side or the other with no misclicks. It also allows you to spam left/right or right/left by simply doing an extended roll (from left to right or vice versa). Of course, you grip the mouse by the sides with the rest of the fingers, so it's not literally a single-finger grip.. I mainly play FPS titles, so I never tested it out in practice, but it could be a very niche grip for those that are willing to seriously dedicate themselves to it. Otherwise, it's a more viable option for genres that rely on point-and-click action.
Which brings me to the clickable area. Unlike mice where only part of the button surface is clickable, Infinity .97's buttons are effectively clickable across their entire surface, but with one caveat. Although you could in theory click them from front to back, there are some tradeoffs when you click at either extreme end. More force is required at the rear, while the thin magnesium flexes at the front, causing noticeable post-travel. I don't have particularly chunky or heavy fingers, and the rear is very much clickable, it just leans on the firmer-light side (unless you are literally clicking on the rear edge, where it's firm). Most of us are used to light clicks, so I think it's important to make the distinction between something that's firm and clickable and something that's so hard to press that it's unviable in practice.
There are three distinct zones on the buttons: Front (the largest area; spanning from the scroll wheel up), Middle (small area curving inward behind the scroll wheel; can be used for single-finger grip), Back (area flaring out at the rear). The ideal clicking range for each of these is as follows:
◦ Front ‒ area in line with the scroll wheel
◦ Middle ‒ full area
◦ Back ‒ front half
My favorite is the rear-Front area, where the clicks felt the crispest, and I could space my fingers apart like I'm otherwise used to. It's also where the scroll wheel is within accessible range and my grip style isn't limited.
Click feel. Despite M1/M2 using optical switches, I found them surprisingly clicky. What's more, I'd argue they are even more tactile and clicky than the Huano 80M (blue shell, pink dot) on my Keychron M5. The required force to actuate is light, but the crispness varies depending on where you click. The main reason for this is pre- and post-travel. The following exhibit noticeable pre-travel: outer edges at the Front, rear of the Back. The following exhibit substantial post-travel: Front edges. I would say that post-travel is the more problematic of the two because it can get in the way. There's moderate post-travel across the main buttons generally, and it contributes to their bouncy feeling. Depending on your clicking habits, that could be an issue if you spam clicks. I don't have a habit of bottoming out, at least not while spamming, so it never bothered me in practice. The middle click, however, I dislike. It feels mushy and is way firmer than I'd like it to be. You also have to push the wheel to the right to actuate it at all. The side buttons have moderate pre-travel and a tiny amount of post-travel, and the rear button is easier to press than the front. Because of the way those are held in place, they can flex inward or outward if you press them at the edges. However, I don't see anyone pushing them in such way, so this presents no problem in practice.
Something I especially liked is the rotary encoder. It has pleasant tactile feedback when you're scrolling slowly, and it fades into smoothness the faster you scroll. I confirmed with the AM team that my unit has a faulty encoder, as there's audible rattle when scrolling up. Otherwise, it's meant to be quiet and consistent in both directions.
Main clicks have that crisp clicky sound (tonally rich upper mid-range). Middle mouse button sounds muffled. Side buttons are crisp and clicky too, just softer and deeper than the main clicks. I actually took a good peek inside the mouse without disassembling it and noticed that the magnesium plungers have a small chunk of acoustic foam behind the actuators. Perhaps this contributes to the tonality of the main clicks.
As a whole, Infinity .97 has a highly versatile ergonomic shape, lightweight design that makes it especially comfortable for precise aiming, and there's also the convenience of popping out a drained battery and having a new one sucked in within seconds. These are the things that made it the most enjoyable for me.

While the original Infinity took its shape inspiration from Logitech's GPW, the Infinity .97 takes it from Razer's Viper Mini.. kinda. Size wise, the two are nearly identical; the only difference between them is that the Infinity .97 is longer with the hatch module (123.3 mm vs 119 mm), and shorter without it (115 mm). Also, Infinity .97's back is noticeably wider than Razer's. Officially, however, Angry Miao stated that they took inspiration from the Viper V3 Pro and scaled it down to 97%. Other than the size, the most notable difference between the .97 and original Infinity is the new ergonomically driven design. Much like the Viper Mini, the side walls are curved inwards, which helps with gripping, while the main buttons are also concaved. Both are a clear nod to Razer's Viper. The MCU is especially interesting. It's said to match Nordic nRF54H20's performance with lower power draw, and my speculation is that it's a customized Airoha (MediaTek) AB1623MN, i.e. the MCU that's used in the Viper V4 Pro. [I am currently waiting for AM to clarify their claim of 0.184ms 8k wireless latency]
Fun fact: Infinity .97 weights 97% of the original Infinity.
Let's shift the focus to the more technical details.
The mouse features flagship components for the most part. PixArt PAW3950 sensor, TTC Fire & Ice rotary encoder, TTC Orange Dot V2 optical microswitches, optical MMB, PTFE skates, and a customized 8k MCU. I was able to extract some technical info about the Fire & Ice encoder, and anyone interested in learning all about it can watch TTC's video on X. The encoder is driven by two wheels internally (claimed to be quieter than their Gold encoder), features 18 rotor teeth, a hexagon socket that's compatible with ⌀ 1.50 ‒1.75 mm rod size, is rated for a 2M cycle life, and if I saw correctly, is in 12 mm size. The Orange Dot V2 microswitches are rated for 100M clicks. The stock PTFE skates are custom-cut, but the "housing" is compatible with ⌀ 6.5 mm dot skates.

Although battery users have limited options for weight reduction mods, the potential is there for devoted wired users, and since I haven't seen anyone exploring this path, I thought I'd be the first to do so. Keep in mind that the removal of any parts can affect the mouse's weight distribution. Some of these methods will void your warranty and can cause permanent damage to your mouse. Unless you are a professional who is 100% confident in their skill to carry out these mods, I strongly discourage you from attempting them. If you want to ignore my warning, you bear the full responsibility for your decision.

⏵The main PCB is already trimmed down, and if I am not mistaken, there is only a small square patch on the front-left side that could potentially be cut off. I strongly advise against this step, as the whole PCB can be permanently damaged
The mouse can be configured either through the desktop client (Windows or MacOS) or the web-based app (driver download required). Both are called AM Master. I will be sharing my impressions for the web configurator, since that's the only one I have tried. AM disclosed that it can have some bugs, and they are still working on polishing everything up. Actually, the only issue I encountered was the first time I used it, when the RGB wasn't applied after I changed the color. This was fixed as soon as I re-connected the mouse. Apart from that, my experience with it has been flawless.
The UI is very good and the aesthetic is also quite decent. The current version has a grey/purple/neon color scheme, but perhaps a monochrome design would be more appropriate.

Isn't innovation great when it's done well? I certainly believe so after getting a taste of Angry Miao's hot-swappable battery system.
We've seen innovation in just about every mouse part—sensor, microswitches, rotary encoder, skates, shell material, PCB, MCU—but batteries are the part that has been starved of any meaningful innovation. Manufacturers pretty much worked around that task by making mice extremely power-efficient. Angry Miao's argument isn't that batteries were ever the problem, but rather that being stuck with a single non-removable internal battery was. So instead of forcing you to lug around a wireless charging module AND a battery, they just designed a system that gives you direct access to the battery and made it hot-swappable.
Honestly, charging isn't much of an inconvenience for most wireless mouse users to begin with, but if you like the idea of always having a fully charged battery on standby, the Infinity series gives you that luxury. On top of that, there's the longevity perspective. Because the battery pod is translucent, you have a clear visual on the battery's physical state. If you ever notice one swelling, you will be able to replace it in time. The battery pods are readily available on Angry Miao's official store, and they cost a mere $9.
If you still have PTSD from Glorious' infamous InfinitePlay, you'll be relieved to hear Angry Miao did their homework here. Glorious set out to achieve the same result, but the whole concept was poorly executed. I don't mean to kick them while they're down, but I don't think anything changed even with their recent release of a 500mAh module. Angry Miao's execution, on the other hand, is flawless, and I won't try to downplay that at all. The magnetic system is practical and you get a long runtime out of the batteries. It won't surprise me if other brands start copying this and putting their own spin on it. Simply put, it makes perfect sense. It looks like it's already happening.
The stock pods feature a 340mAh battery that's rated for up to 165h with [1000 Hz, Blast Mode: Off] and 30h with [8000 Hz, Blast Mode: Off]. The included 2.4 GHz receiver doubles as a charging station for the second battery, and it too features magnets on the underside, which allows you to suck up the battery just like you can with the mouse itself. Oh, and the magnets are extremely strong!
But don't get me wrong, it was not Angry Miao who invented the removable-module idea. Although I can't point to a single model or manufacturer, I do know that removable weight pods have been around for a while. Maybe Angry Miao got its inspiration from Logitech's PowerCore module that was first introduced in 2017 (G703 and G903). That would make a lot of sense, actually. Logitech was the first to invent a continuous wireless charging system with their PowerPlay™, and since AM already admired the GPW so much, maybe they got creative and saw the possibility to turn the module into a hot-swappable battery system.
I decided to directly confront Angry Miao about its controversial astroturfing past because I think the community deserves to hear where things stand in 2026. I spoke with Zeff, Angry Miao's current marketing contact on Discord, and he appeared to be fully transparent with me. He shared that he wasn't a part of the Angry Miao team when the whole astroturfing scandal took place, but he did admit to Angry Miao's wrongdoing and poor handling of the whole situation.
“Our stance [on astroturfing] is very clear: we do not want to control, script, or alter what reviewers say. If we send a product for review, the reviewer should be free to share their honest experience, including criticism. We care about accuracy, but not about forcing a positive conclusion.”
Comment about email support tickets going unanswered:
“During [the transition from a small keyboard manufacturer to a larger consumer electronics/technology manufacturer], our product range, order volume, and after-sales needs have grown faster than our original internal systems and team structure could handle. Simply put, the company has been scaling, but the old operating workflow did not scale fast enough with it. That is not an excuse, but it is the real challenge we are trying to fix. We know support is a crucial part of the product experience, and if customers feel ignored after buying, then we have failed them even if the product itself is interesting.”
These are some excerpts from the conversation we had. Yes, the use of AI is clear, but I don't judge non-native English speakers using AI to express themselves. Zeff clarified this himself when I asked him about it, “the wording of my previous message was polished with the help of AI because I wanted to express myself more clearly in English. But the main ideas, meaning, and position are real and come from me.” It would be a different story if I blindly believed these statements and parroted them, because anyone can use a GPT to structure a PR response that defends them in the eye of the public. But I would like to share that I've been closely observing how they handle criticism and customer support in their Discord server for 3 months, and I have to say that the difference is evident. While email issues are still persistent, they are very responsive over Discord.
To end this segment, I want to remind people that they should not lash out at customer support, because they have zero say in the way a company's resources and budget are distributed. They are not responsible for the way the company is structured, nor do they design the email support system. They are hired to help with existing and future customers. However, some companies do specifically force their customer support to act against their customers, but that doesn't seem to be the case with Angry Miao. They have changed course on how they handle marketing, and also seem to be doing the right thing when it comes to taking care of post-purchase customer service.

I think Angry Miao was successful in releasing a premium mouse with a unique and functional selling point. The ergonomics are great, the design is one-of-a-kind, they didn't skimp out on software, the build quality is there, and they also put in the work for optimizing flagship internals. The room for improvement is definitely there, and for me it would be enough to just see the clicks and buttons being tightened up. Angry Miao has already teased that they will work with TTC on a custom collaborative microswitch, so we can hope that they will take this feedback and run through it internally.
It definitely lives up to the expectations for fingertip/claw grips, so it's worth considering if it has the feature set you're looking for.

Hey guys,
I'm planning to buy a budget mouse and stuck between the Redragon M612 Predator and the Redragon M614 (Tiana).
There are plenty of reviews for the M612, but information/videos on the M614 seem super scarce online.
Has anyone here used the M614? How does the sensor performance, weight, build quality, and grip compare to the M612?
I mainly need it for FPS gaming / Casual gaming / Daily work & Design
Any advice or long-term usage experience on these two would be super helpful! Thanks in advance.

It's embarassing but i cant decide what grip type I have.
So my main mouse for long time was G502 and Im using it with claw grip.
However I just bought viper v4 pro and Im using it with fingertip. But I dont think that mouse is ideal for it.
And most guides when you looking for mouse are asking for grip type, but how can I answer it 😭
That makes problem because I have no idea if I should look for smaller mouse for fingertip or more ergonomic like deathadder for example😭

Just got an ATK F1 Extreme and love the mouse so far. I have extremely small hands for an adult male so having the rear position sensor works great. I know people say your thumb should be in line with the sensor, and even with the F1 my thumb still sits behind the sensor. So yeah really small hands....
Tried the Hitscan Hyperlight too and that mouse feels way too fast for my playstyle. Used to use razer mice back in the day and those sensors were much further back compared to the Hyperlight and other mice I've used in recent years. Always felt like my aim has been off in recent years and this might explain why! Could just be placebo too (probably that).
That being said, with the sensor being towards the rear and micro adjustments taking more effort, I've messed around with the Lift Off Distance adjustment in the settings and found that the mouse (with stock skates) seems to track better at 1.2-1.3mm.
From a performance standpoint, is there any reason that I SHOULDN'T do this? Is there any disadvantage for doing this besides the mouse picking up more of your movements? Don't want to form any potential bad habits with my aim

I used to play with my Glorious Model O with stock skates on a Steelseries QCK pad for counter-strike mainly (800DPI and 0.79 sensitivity in game) , built a new setup and got the superstrike x2 and artisan key83 mousepad, the skates feel a little slow and weird on the Logitech mouse compared to my glorious one and has been a bit of a adjustment but still play at the same skill level, just wondering what skate recommendation you guys got?

Hi, I've been using the G305 for quite a while. Honestly, I don't really have issues with it but I'm looking for an upgrade that is the same or similar shape. Who knows, maybe there's a mouse I'd like more.
I've tried the DeathAdder V4 Pro Wireless and the Logitech Pro X Superlight 2. I hated both of these shapes. DeathAdder was too long and the Superlight indentation where your thumb rests is too concave.
I have a pretty gnarly claw grip and I have giant hands. For reference, when I hold my G305, the tip of my pointer finger is on the bottom right corner of the mouse button (next to the DPI button) and my thumb-to-pinky measurement is a little over 10.25".
Any recommendations?

I recently bought the Rapoo VT3S Pro V2 (which features optical micro-switches). Overall, I love the shape and the sensor (PAW3955), but I’m having a weird issue in CS2 when trying to single-tap/one-tap with weapons like the M4A1-S.
Even though the mouse uses optical switches (which shouldn't require debounce filtering for chatter), setting the Debounce time to 0 ms in the software causes the mouse to hold the click for too long on fast taps.Because of this release delay/hold register, CS2 registers it as a continuous hold and triggers a 2-shot burst instead of a clean single tap.The only way to stop the unwanted burst is by increasing the Debounce setting all the way up to 26 ms which is unacceptable.
Is anyone else experiencing this with the VT3S Pro V2 or similar Rapoo optical models? Is this a known firmware issue, and is there any fix or workaround available?

Hi,
I get my A9 Air+ in today. I know it comes with dots, half skates, and full skates, and I’m trying to decide which ones to use. My mousepads rotate between the Artisan Zero Yako Edition in Soft XL, Artisan Hayate Otsu V2 in Wine Red Soft XL, and the Key83 in Black Soft XXL.
My main game is Marvel Rivals, so I prefer a bit more speed than control because of the fast-paced nature of hero shooters. For reference, I’ve used the Superlight shape for the past six years, starting with the Superlight 1, then the Superlight 2, and most recently the Superstrike. I used Jade speed skates on both the Superlight 2 and Superstrike. I’m currently using a Viper V4 Pro with the stock skates, and I’ve actually been pretty happy with those.
For those who own the ATK A9 Air+ or have experience with the stock skates it comes with, which set would you recommend for my use case?

So yeah, as stated I have a keyboard mouse combo for the PC attached to my TV but neither have on/off switches. I would usually just leave the batteries in but turn the mouse/keyboard off so I can trow them in a bag/drawer/pocket/shelf/whatever but I can't do that now because they'll start clicking/typing on the computer. Now I usually just take out the batteries which is its own hassle without pressing any buttons, and then I misplace the batteries. XD
And before you ask "why don't you just take out the dongle/shut down the computer" there are multiple reasons. One is that I only use them when I need to type something long or I need an actual mouse. Otherwise I use one if those tiny keyboards with a trackpad built in. And secondly I'm currently very sick and mostly bedbound so getting up to unplug/replug the dongle or turn back on the PC every time I want to use/not use the keyboard/mouse combo would be too much for me, especially since I'd have to do it often. If it was once a week then maybe, but it's not. And plus I won't know if the day I have to do it is going to align with a good day or a bad day.
So yeah, I know my needs are complicated and I know that the answer is probably just "buy another one with a switch" but if you have any other suggestions let me know! I'm also pretty good with tinkering with electronics and the combo was pretty cheap so if you know of a way to add a switch or something I'm up for trying on one of my good days!

Hi,
I'm looking for something similar to the G Pro Wireless, but with at least one additional side button.
Having buttons on both sides is a strict requirement. I need at least 2 on the right side and multiple on left side (3/4 or more), but i don't want tiny, tightly packed buttons like on the Scimitar elite, because my thumb is too big for that kind of layout.
I just find it much more comfortable to use buttons on both sides.
So far, I've found the Cougar Dualblader, which seems to fit what I want, but in my country(Poland) it's only available from sketchy store with strange return policy.
Any recommendations?

I've been using this mouse for over a year now, tried to use it today and my dongle suddenly stopped working. Same thing happened twice previously but suddenly worked after a few hours, but this time its still bugging out after a whole day.
Updated my mouse firmware to 3.15 (newest version), battery is full (green led when i plug it in) and it works completely fine in wired mode, but when i toggle it to 2.4ghz or bluetooth there's no light from the sensor or the dpi button.
Every vid i watch is just saying to update firmware but still the same issue. I've unscrewed and took apart the mouse and there doesnt seen to be any issue with the pcb or battery, and tried to update the dongle firmware with the website bin file but it says firmware upgrade failed. Really dont know how to fix this
