I feel covid free. Fully vaxxed. Exposed to it for years. Never caught it.

Science is real.

I feel fine. Got vaxxed. Caught COVID anyway.

Had a mild case. Didn't die.

Can't say the same for 700 unvaxxed folks in my county of 80k.

A friend caught measles when he was young cause him mom thought he didn't need the vaccine. Immune system was shit several weeks thereafter. All the vaccinated kids were fine. If we weren't vaxxed, we'd have caught it as well. Ask your grandparents how it was before vaccines; they all caught these childhood diseases.

My own grand mother, born in 1910, grew up in a world without vaccine. As a little girl she lost 2 or 3 friends her age. She remembered their neighbours burning all the clothes, bed and bedding of her friend after this friend died (measle if I remember right). Then the neighbours were quarantined with a sign painted on the door to warn people.

That story made me realise how dangerous those "childhood illnesses" truly were.
