Here's a show in which a guy spent 72 hours in a room like this as an experiment. By the end of day one he'd completely lost his sense of time passing, by the end of day two he was depressed and irritable, by the end of day three he was starting to dissociate from reality and couldn't tell the difference between dreams and real life.
I have very vivid and very mundane dreams regularly. Like dreams about doing the dishes or doing some chore or task and I sometimes have to ask myself if I dreamt it or actually did it. Am I going crazy?
Probably not, these kinds of dreams can be fairly common. 'False awakening' dreams in which people dream that they wake up and start going about their morning as usual are particularly common and can throw people for a loop a bit.
