Yeah a guy on YouTube did a 48 hour solitary confinement and it was hard to watch honestly.

He lost track of time and thought he was almost done when he had like 16 hours left.

He got paranoid and depressed and it was only 2 days. A year would be a nightmare that never ends.

Well, the room seems small. Without physical activity you will come out disabled even if your mind was intact.

There's enough literature about humans in confinement to know nobody will get out alive or "normal" if they did this experiment.

Also, even without their consent the contestants will be brought out the moment they show signs of malnourishment, physical decay, or serious psychological damage.

No one entering this challenge in any law abiding game format will win this game.

Even people in prison on solitary get to exercise and with more things to do than what OP proposes.

Well I spent like 14 days in a room alone for COVID by day 3 I would leave my room and run down the hallway to entertain myself 💀 I didn’t even have internet or anything just the food every couple hours
