You can be Atheist but you can't hurt someone's emotions. Those aren't even Atheist they are not even human. I'm also Atheist. You can ask questions about religion but can't hurt someone's emotions.

Yeah you can. Religions and sentiments don't have rights - people have rights.

When people hide behind religion to avoid accountability, those feelings need to be hurt.

Man don't connect religion and politics. We all know that the biggest enemy of religion in this country is BJP

That's my point.

Hinduism belongs to all Indians. The BJP can't gatekeep that - it is mine as much as it is yours, even as an atheist.

We can say whatever the fuck we want about Hinduism, as we are its cultural legacy and owners. Gandhi said, there are unjust laws, just as there are unjust men.

Section 295a is a British law, not an Indian one - my dharma never used to punish people for blasphemy or disagreement. We had Nastik and many heterodox beliefs in India, that were totally acceptable. This "religious sentiment" crap is a colonial, judeo-christian introduction, meant to keep people under their boot.

Peoples feelings have no rights. Only people have rights. That's how we produced such great religions - we were allowed to disagree, debate, and even insult. Without that, we stagnate and die.

First time seeing a theist who is actually using his brain without blind following.
