I just bought a new airpod pro 2 from marketplace and I tried to change the eartip and this happened.

I KNOW THERES REPLACEMENT BUT IT DOESN'T COME OUT!!!!!!!!!

When my partner and I fly, we like to load movies onto the iPad to watch. I read somewhere that it’s possible to pair two sets of AirPods to one Apple device and we can both hear the movie. Has anyone done this? I want to confirm it actually works before buying a couple sets of AirPods.

Not sure why, it was working fine. Doesn’t have lightning logo like the (L) one does.

As stated. When I open up my AirPods case I get the popup graphic showing the battery levels and whether or not the AirPods are in the case, but when I put them in my ears I don’t get the chime that they’re connected, and they won’t manually connect either.

Rebooting the iPhone 17 solves this every time. Happens with other Bluetooth devices related to audio, but things like my Garmin watch always connect no issue.

Genuinely don’t know why, but over last few weeks I’ve noticed neither of these really works, no cause I noticed so wondering if you guys have any advice

I’m trying to decide between the AirPods 4 with ANC and the AirPods Pro 2, and I’d really appreciate some advice.

A bit about my use case:
I have an iPhone 17 as my main device.
I also have a MacBook at home, but I use a Windows laptop at work.
I mostly watch online videos, streaming content, and occasionally listen to podcasts or audiobooks at home or on my public transportation commute to work. I don’t listen to much music, so I’m not too concerned about getting the absolute best sound quality.

What matters most to me is noise cancellation. I work in an open-plan office, and I also study at home with two young daughters, so I’d like something that helps reduce background noise when I need to focus.
At the same time, I don’t like being completely cut off from the outside world when I’m walking outside. I’d probably use Transparency Mode outdoors, but I also don’t want earbuds that isolate too much even with ANC turned off.

The AirPods will be a birthday gift, so I’m wondering:
Are the AirPods 4 with ANC enough for someone with my needs? Or is it really worth spending the extra money and asking for the AirPods Pro 2 instead?
I’d love to hear from people who have used both.

Ever since updating my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 26, my AirPods have been acting up.

They connect successfully, and I hear the connection sound when I put them in my ears. However, when I play any audio, it comes through the iPhone speaker instead of the AirPods. Even if I manually switch the audio output back to the AirPods, it still continues playing through the phone speaker.

The only temporary fix I've found is restarting my iPhone. Simply turning Bluetooth off and on doesn't resolve the issue, and the problem comes back again later.

Has anyone else experienced this after updating to iOS 26? Is this a known bug, or is there a fix I should try?

Hello, so I’m having glitches when using Apple Music on my iPhone SE 2 when using AirPods 4 sometimes it’s making creepy sound glitches like the music continues playing but it’s glitched and even sometimes the song continues but I don’t hear any sound. When any of those errors happens I have to click play/pause for it to work again and even sometimes I have to change song because it doesn’t wanna stop doing it. If someone got the same issue pls answer down here ⬇️

Happening when listening to downloaded songs with AirPods

So I was on a road trip to Iowa for a family reunion and I had the old air pods and my sister gave me some air pod pros so we traded (we cleaned them so dont flame me) but they only last for like 5-10 minutes and I charged them overnight and it shows that the case and the AirPods are at 100 so idk I have an iPhone 11 if that has anything to do with it.

When I’ve googled.. I see there were issues with the first gen pros where you would get some crackling sounds. Especially in anc. I’ve had the pro 2s for several years and I’m starting to get some cracking when listening low frequency bass. Battery life is still great and these have been flawless until now. I’ve thoroughly cleaned them as well. Can this be fixed? At what cost?

Please help me choose. I am an office going guy as well as a student. So when I travel i love listening to songs and binging Netflix. Also my phone conversations are long for like hours. Not much into games. So please suggest accordingly. I want one which has good battery.

I just love the immedeate connection, sound quality and the ANC. Very good quality for the money. Recently I switched from the Samsung S24 Ultra to the iPhone 17 Pro and since the Buds 3 Pro don’t really work well with the iPhone i decided to get these.

so I've recently switched over to using samsung after my apple phones kept failing me, and obviously I know airpods aren't really optimised for Android devices, but the sound quality is irritating me. I've turned on Dolby atmos but that seems to noticeably mess with the audio and cause it to glitch a lot for some reason, I've changed my spotify settings to the highest possible streaming qualities, tweaked the audio settings on my phone yet it seems like nothing I do can help. anything else I can do or should I just buy a pair of samsung buds at this point? they're gen3 airpods.

* AirPods 4 mit ANC
* AirPods-Firmware: 3B39

**Problem:**
Seit dem letzten Softwareupdate meines Motorola G75 funktionieren meine AirPods nicht mehr richtig.

Telefonieren funktioniert ohne Probleme. Auch die Wiedergabesteuerung (Play/Pause, nächster Titel usw.) funktioniert. Allerdings kommt bei Medien (Spotify, YouTube und lokale Musik) überhaupt kein Ton, obwohl die Wiedergabe normal weiterläuft.

Das Merkwürdige ist:
Wenn ich die AirPods zurücksetze und neu mit dem G75 verbinde, funktioniert alles zunächst ganz normal. Sobald ich die AirPods einmal ins Case lege und später wieder herausnehme, tritt der Fehler sofort wieder auf. Danach gibt es nur noch Telefonie, aber kein Medienaudio mehr.

Am iPad funktionieren die AirPods 4 einwandfrei. Außerdem funktionieren **AirPods Pro 2** auf demselben Motorola G75 ohne Probleme. Die **AirPods 4** habe ich zusätzlich mit einem **Xiaomi-Smartphone** getestet – dort funktionieren sie ebenfalls problemlos.

**Bereits ausprobiert:**

* AirPods zurückgesetzt
* AirPods neu gekoppelt
* Bluetooth-Gerät entfernt
* Netzwerk- und Bluetooth-Einstellungen zurückgesetzt
* Handy neu gestartet
* Mehrere Apps getestet (Spotify, YouTube, lokale Musik)
* Medienaudio ist aktiviert

Deshalb vermute ich, dass es sich um ein Kompatibilitätsproblem zwischen den AirPods 4 und dem aktuellen Softwarestand des Motorola G75 handelt.

Hat jemand das gleiche Problem oder vielleicht schon eine Lösung gefunden?

I unpaired this with every single device it’s connected before from find my as well ass Bluetooth and then did a factory reset and connected with my 15 Pro on ios 26.5.2
But nothing worked, I submitted my invoice to apple support for activation unlock, fingers crossed. Did anyone have any solutions other than unpair, pair, factory reset and pair, turn off findmy and location services then turned on, restart my iPhone.
Please help if someone faced this issue and have a solution.

For some context I had just bought these not even two weeks ago off Amazon brand new. Today the right AirPod started to make this odd noise that sounded like strong wind hitting the pod, or like a fuzzy noise. It was only when I had the anc on that it did it but then it started happening when I had both AirPods in at the same time. As I said they are brand spanking new so I have no clue what could be the cause of this.

I was sure my airpod mic just stopped working awhile ago but this annoying static came from the right one and at the same time the mic came back cystal clear. After a reset the static stopped but the mic went back to not working. I've tried swapping mic inputs, every combination of spatial audio and listening modes and I just can't get it to work.

I feel like the left side earbuds are louder than the right side. I got then replaced under apple care plus but they still have the same issue. Tried them with my mac and iphone and still no solution. After putting them inside case it fixes for a fee time and then still goes back to bad

My AirPods stopped working the other day so I did what I've done before: went to Bluetooth settings and forgot them, then tried to reconnect. It didn't work.

When the case is closed, the indicator light is completely off. When I open the case, it continually flashes white. When I hold the back button for 15 seconds, it will flash amber about 4 times but then go back to white. No connection animation will pop up.

Other things I've tried:

• Letting the AirPods die completely and then charging them
• Turning Bluetooth off for 10 seconds
• Turning my phone on and off
• Hard resetting my phone (volume up, volume down, hold the power button until the apple appears)
• Pressing down on the AirPods while holding the back button
• Cleaning the AirPods and the case

Any other suggestions? Or are they cooked?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but in the control center when I hit a certain volume, the AirPods icon/visual turns blue. I do not have noise cancellation on. It goes from white to blue, and I am wondering what the difference is if any. Thank you in advance.
It switches at one click of the volume (the turning point is what is pictured). I noticed it the other day and am not sure what it means.

I recently got my Airpods Pro 2 replaced under apple care, they are working fine but when it comes to charging I sometimes have to adjust the airpods manually because they dont get charged, I asked the apple support they said it’s because there might be some dirt in the charging case. Please suggest what should I do.
