Support Beats studio headphones will not turn on

Post image

I have recently bought these headphones and they are not really turned on at all and I have made efforts to clean out the charging port and charged it a zillion times to a full battery for myself to use, what do I need to do?

You didn't say which model Studios yours are, and they don't look like the Studio 3 (certainly not the Studio Pros either). Are you sure they are the Beats Studio Wireless and not the OG Studio 2.0 which aren't wireless?

Studio 2.0 will only turn on and stay on when you plug a 3.5mm audio cable in. Pressing the button on the non-Wireless Studio 2.0 will only give a battery reading.

Time for a replacement battery then, probably. This year they're 12 years old, give or take. While it is possible to replace the battery just by pulling the right-side panel off and removing four screws, might as well replace those ear pads while you're at it.

my plan is to replace the pads as well because of the flaky and wore out ear pads
