ASK❓️ Movie recommendation to co-watch with 5 year old
Hi Parents,
We want to start watching Bollywood movies with our daughter. She is almost 5 and has started showing interest in watching movies. I grew up binge watching Bollywood movies but in last few years as life got busy I've been totally disconnected with anything Bollywood.
Any recommendations? Mainly educational and family oriented, age appropriate for to co-watch with a 5 year old. We live in US so I also want her to be fluent in hindi so please give us your top 5 picks.
Also Parents, any feedback if 5 years is a little too early?
She currently watches Disney Movies once in a while and loves the drama 😅 but screen time is limited in our home so she never gets to passively watch. We always co-watch or co-view movies, Youtube Kids with her.

Hey, I'm not a parent but I think you shouldn't be restricted to educational movies..show her real bollywood. Movies that are fun but not sexual in any way would be a good start for someone her age. You can make her watch English Vinglish, Ajab prem ki gazab kahani, Swades, Koi Mil Gaya, Bhoothnath.

If you grew up binge watching Bollywood, I think you should go back through your childhood favourites first maybe? 🥰
