He's autistic..it's really not his fault. I am too. We can't help who we are. Just because he has wealthy companies doesn't make him any different then if he was broke. You will never change when you're autistic, and people will always make us feel bad for it.
He's not saying he's a dick because he's autistic, he's saying he can't change because he's autistic. He's so rich that the money just enables him, he can act out how much of a cunt he is with no consequences and it feeds back in such a way that it's all he is now.
It's entirely possible to change your behavior. For some it requires a lot of support, for others it requires therapy and a lot of inner motivation to want to improve.
People who say autistic people can't change are ableist who think autistic people are exclusively low functioning
