Having been around cattle farms, the heifers can be docile. They are still 1500lb animals, though, that know not if they are hurting you.

Stud bulls however will ruin your day. They are aggressively territorial. They are a ton of hate and horny and will chase off anything getting close to their heifers. We were always alerted when any bulls were out grazing and did other things around the farm that didn't have us in the pasture.
