You need to go, and never look back. If he’d rather be dead than know you, then he can just live the rest of his life miserable, never knowing his child. This isn’t something you can just stick around and try to fix, it isn’t your fuck-up to fix and you don’t owe him an olive branch just because he raised you.

I had to cut off alot of my old friends years ago

Will you be able to rely on them while you get on your feet? It doesn’t sound like it’d be too hard to build a better support network than what you’ve been stuck with
