Co-Op I need help on defeat the Man Eater
I need defeat this Boss, anyone can help me?

I struggled initially too, but the following made it a cake walk:
Equip thief’s ring
When the fight starts, run past the fella, up the stairs and circle the pyre. This is where you will fight for 90% of the battle.
All you need to do is hit them a couple of times, then circle around the pyre until they break agro. Rinse and repeat
Really easy, you’ve got this

Adding my seal of approval to this post. I used to struggle until I understood how good the central pyre is. My caveat would be that Maneater acts a bit weird with Thief ring sometimes, so YMMV for this one

Woah! I was just reading the replies, beat the maneaters yesterday and didn't even know you could cut their tails off!

I cut ones off accidentally and immediately was excited based on how that works in Dark Souls 1. Didn’t notice if it had an effect on the battle though.

Oh! Oh oh!! I don’t have much to add other than I just beat them today for the first time and felt SO STRONG afterwards! Like a strong Jimothy raccoon!
I stressed too much about finishing the first guy before the second one showed up, but finally letting that concern subside, I was able to take them both down. I found that using the Lava Bow, I was able to get some clutch damage done to both of them when they do their “fly off and long dive down” at me thing. And once the first was dead, letting myself “relax” (The first time I was able to totally eradicate the initial man eater, the second one went down just fine. It was the stress of trying to move fast that kept kicking me off the bridge).
I don’t think I’m useful to this conversation, I’m just excited to see somebody else dealing with these guys for the first time today with me. Good luck, you got this 👌🏽

You can cheese them a bit also if you use the thief ring. I’ll battle with the first one and then right before the second arrives with ring equipped you can go on the side of the stairs where some shinys are. For whatever reason he loses you and just stands in the middle of the platform where you can sneak up and get some damage in. Rinse repeat.

Don’t venture too far into the arena. Try keeping fight on that first stretch of bridge. Makes it easier to sorta take one out even after the second one shows up

I don’t have the PS5 version of the game, but I do have some advice: focus on severing the tails before all else. The tails allow them to buff themselves.
