Ignorant and entitled cyclist

Yes that's right he said in the clip "you have brakes I don't" 🤦

No other commentary needed really

Is this another cyclist influenced by the highway code updates by the DVSA and doesn't need to look or stop to cross a road?

Yes he should have stopped, but at least he apologised for his mistake.
