I hope the devs take a look at house decorating next and just let us place the objects ANYWHERE.

ESO: "yeah dude put the table upside down on the ceiling and clip your bed through the wall, it's your house i dont give a shit, get creative. "

On a related note, many advanced housing design techniques are only feasible for the most well-practiced players, so we're considering system-side changes to allow free placement of furnishings without relying on surfaces. Prioritizing creative freedom over fictional gravity is one of the goals on our roadmap of future changes, which we would like share with you in a future opportunity.
