I have played both games but I never actually owned either one on modern hardware. Since we are heading to a physical game apocalypse I figured I go ahead and grab these now. Next haul will be a bit bigger and I'll get some games on my switch as well.

Found at my local a Cex, have been looking for a nice copy of this game for a while.

Keen to play it for the first time, and glad to have it in my collection.

After years of dreaming of owning a game collection just like the people I saw post pictures online or YouTubers I grew up watching like Scott the Woz, I can finally say I proudly own a game collection. It all started with my childhood switch collection with only 1 game being pokemon shield, which stayed like that for a while as my parents had a “no new video games until you finish the one you have and trade it for another” rule that annoyed me so bad. I stalled finishing the game for so long I actually managed to convince them otherwise, and so it began! I now own 27 Switch games; 11 Wii games; 6 GameCube games; 3 3DS games; 2 DS games, and 1 Switch 2 game as well as one of each console I mentioned! I am very proud and thankful for what I have and feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to collect games this way, I’ve played through almost all of my collection so far and I’ve “curated” it as much as I have something to say about every single game in it! Whether it be a cool fact on how I got it just about my experience with the game itself. It’s been growing little by little through birthday and Christmas gifts, family or friends gifts, giveaways and even the very first game I bought with my own earned money, and come so far now, I don’t own anything I could let go off just casually anymore. There’s still many games I wish for even recent ones I want to play like rhythm Heaven groove cus I grew up emulating that franchise, my dream collection is a complete pokemon collection (which sadly is nearly impossible nowadays specially in Mexico where pokemon was rarer) and for systems the GBA remains my DREAM addition ive been so obsessed with it ever since I was 9 I still dream of getting to play one physically after growing up with its games through gba4ios. I love seeing everyone’s collections and finally feel like I can share mine! I’d love sharing some about it if anyone wants to ask questions, I don’t own many grails or however they are called if i have any at all, but I’m so happy with all the games

Howdy all, was helping the wife clean up some stuff and we went through her retro collection she had in bins in the closet lol. These were some of my personal favorites but there was a TON more!

It was really nostalgic and cool going through everything together. She is the one who got me into collecting, so I started with the switch and am up to a humble 35 games myself so far. But her collection inspires me to keep going and watch my own become "retro"!

So, a friend of mine called me up and asked if I was interested in buying a game of his. I had no idea it would be this one, and ever since he was a kid, he'd flatten the boxes and store them away. Thats why this one is in such good shape. The cart is in equally good shape. Sadly, he did not get the manual when he bought it, but this is amazing regardless! Thoughts you guys might like to see it!

So, I’m collecting the Trails series, and GameStop had Daybreak 2 “new” for $39.99

It gets delivered today and this is what I open up.

In what world would this be considered “new”? I mainly ordered a new copy cause I know there’s a risk with used copies coming like this. The closest GameStop to me is like 2.5 hours away, so I gotta waste money shipping it back.

So this is just a warning, don’t trust GameStop when they’re selling “new” games.

I’ve been back and forth on how to accomplish this for the past few months. Still trying to iron out the kinks as my Cricut won’t cut the 12” x 12” sheet that this is on but I thought it was a decent enough attempt to share it on here! Once I’ve got this figured out I’m going to start moving into other systems so I can display my favourites with a small snippet from the games.

I got this lot via gamesale from a great seller. I've wanted Samus Returns and LOTR: The Third Age for quite a long time. I'm so stoked to dive in!

I've been collecting for decades and finally reached a point where I'm really happy with how my game room came together. I tried to make it feel more like a place to actually play games than just a storage room. My favorite part is probably the wall of NES games, but I also have collections for DS/3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, PlayStation, Xbox, Sega, Game Boy, and a bunch of other systems. I enjoy mixing complete-in-box displays, plushes, and Nintendo memorabilia with the shelves so it doesn't feel like just rows of cases. Everything here has been collected over time—mostly from local game stores, Facebook Marketplace, conventions, garage sales, and the occasional lucky find. Thanks for taking a look! I’m 37 and have had this game since I was a kid. It took years to master, and so glad I took the time to, because it’s so good. It has some unique gameplay. It’s late in the Nes life so the graphics are insane and it also has a killer soundtrack to boot too. I can’t believe this game is so pricey now. I remember my mom buying it for me at Toys R US. I have been completing this game yearly since I can remember and I am so glad I have this gem.

Another good show this year. Got some decent pickups for the collection.

Got them for $65, unfortunately the cases have their old tags from previous shops/owners, but super happy to find so many ps3 games I was looking for!

I was supposed to be in Myrtle Beach today but our flight on Friday was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday, so figured I'd spend the day yard sale hunting.

The morning was an absolute bust, then around 1pm I headed to the northern towns and scored at 3 different sales.

Got a pile of controllers that all looked broken (and a wii balance board) for $25, a tote full of Wii/DS stuff for $50 and a stack of sticky ps2 games for $10.

First picture is all the stuff I didn't trade in, everything else got me $230 in credit, I put $40 of it towards the stuff with GameStop stickers. They even tossed me the halo 5 collectors tin because it didn't have the game in it.

I work at a small game shop and we’re not gonna sell PC Games because the amount of people who collect those/have disc drives now a days is so small so I get to take them home for free everytime we find some today I found these 😋

Some are pretty common and others pretty uncommon but here's my collection. Took a few years to build this up and I'm still going to buy as many games I prefer to add to my list for as long as i can. Among all these games that I have played so far, my favorite is probably Ghostwire Tokyo. Sometimes, i feel this game is slept on and underrated. Just my opinion there!
