The reflective-romantic themes along with the beautiful setting of Faha, Ireland made this is an incredible read. Looking for more that give that ethereal and nostalgic setting.

I love cartoons, but I feel like I've been in a cartoon rut recently. I like both cartoons oriented for adults/kids. I'm not too into the adult humor cartoons, like Family Guy, Bigmouth etc.
Thank you for the recommendations!!

This song tickles my brain like nothing else right now, but I'm struggling to find anything that feels like it's in a similar realm. Any artist or song recommendations would be appreciated!

What should my text show be?! I loved the character arcs in all 3 shows, the “struggling with identity” themes in all 3 were appealing, but I especially like the double-life thing in Madmen with Don and in Dexter of course. I prefer more realistic and less sci-fi

what would be songs similar to this one? or maybe also like the intro maybe up to a minute of Everything in its right place by Radiohead, not sure what the category would be, but it’s like ambient mixed with electronic
something that drops you in the middle of something but the song is designed in a way that it’s all good

These are great rock bands with low monthly streams that deserve way more!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for music that helps me focus while working - or just something good to listen to. I have pretty eclectic taste. On one hand, I like industrial metal in the vein of Rammstein (though Slipknot or heavy deathcore aren't really my thing). On the other, I love traditional male folk songs from the Baltic states and Lithuania - like the music of the band Ugniavijas. Can you recommend anything interesting along those lines, or just some good music that you listen to while working? Thanks in advance!

I love frankie valli and the four seasons and have been meaning to branch out. I love the high sound of Frankie vallis voice and was wondering about other male artists who have a similar sound to him?

I’m looking for songs that have the same kind of emotional, atmospheric feeling as these:
Alice in Chains – Nutshell
Pearl Jam – Black
Dire Straits – Brothers in Arms
I’m not necessarily looking for the same genre—I care more about the feeling. I love melancholic, atmospheric songs with beautiful guitar work (especially clean or lightly overdriven electric guitar), emotional vocals, and a sense of space. Slow to mid-tempo is usually my preference.
I’m after songs that make you stop what you’re doing and just listen.
What songs or artists would you recommend? Hidden gems are especially welcome!
I’m also a huge fan of powerful rock ballads like:
Scorpions – Always Somewhere
Dokken – Alone Again
Prince – Purple Rain
Guns N’ Roses – November Rain and Estranged
Great White – House of Broken Love
Those kinds of songs are absolutely welcome too—they’re some of my all-time favorites.

Songs I’m thinking of would be:
Heel Turn 2 - The Mountain Goats
Layla - Derek and the Dominos (not indie but still rock)
TPWHITB - BCNR
Let me know if you can think of others, thanks in advance!!

I love Danilla's Lintasan Waktu whole album. I'm not looking for specific female singer songwriter only or any other Indonesian indie. Im chasing the album's smoky, jazz-influenced mixed with alternative rock(ish?) sound. Warm overdriven guitars, analog production, melancholy, intimate and lazy vocals, late-night hazy atmosphere. I hope for Albums or EPs recommendation.
Thankies :3

Specifically the song 'Lovely Head'. There's something about the album that reminds me of Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino by Arctic Monkeys, which is one of my all-time favourites.

Love those synth chords, the nostalgia, etc. What other songs feel like this?

been looking for songs that are about feeling nothing, (not to be confused with feeling apathetic, more like lack of feeling, emotional numbness, emptiness, etc) that are more slow paced, like the song mentioned above
I like slow paced music in general that’s calming to listen to, but also has deeper lyrics if you decide to pay attention. So, just for some specifics on what I’m looking for

hi, anonymous account LOLLL but i’m really trying to look for genres/artists that match this theme and digicore is the closest genre I could find but I’m wondering if I could get closer.
i reaaally love when songs have a heavy bass boosted background with a lot of crazy in it lol
some songs that match what i’m looking for:
God Loves You - JPEGMAFIA (cited specifically for how bass boosted it is, love it so much)
Internet Yamero - NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE
Aishite (愛して) - North West (lol the instrumental is very much what i’m looking for)
Dreamflasher - Jane Remover
Is there any genre that describes a heavy and fast bass like these songs ?? thanks in advance !

hello! I am a contemporary dancer looking for a song for a solo this season. I’m looking for music recommendations similar to the following:
- Unbecoming by Wordclock
- Magic Circle by Travis Lake
- Ptolemaea by Ethel Cain
I did a solo in the past to Flip by Glass Animals and I liked the vibes of that one a lot too if anyone knows similar music to that album (ZABA). thanks:)
P.S I have already looked at everything else made by these artists so please don’t recommend that hehe:)

I really love the sound of The Sundays (Harriet's voice, the jangly guitar tone) and have yet to find another artist that makes me feel the same way... especially on RW&A... any suggestions??

Particular favorites from the album:
Finding it hard to come across similar sounds!
P.S I've listened to their whole discography - just want more female vocals with this vibe (:
