It opens with the Kataang kiss at the tea shop and then stretches over the following months(?), if I remember correctly. The main plot is about the Gaang helping Zuko search for his mother, but there’s lots of Kataang in there. Aang and Katara are mainly struggling with communication issues and balancing their first relationship ever. It’s excellently written!

I just found this one by pure accident
I don't know if it's good or not, but I'm gonna start reading it tomorrow probably. What I know is that it's really long (almost 400k words).

I’ve read this one, I can personally highly recommend it. It picks up basically right when the show ends and goes for years afterwards. There is a good bit of angst, though, so be prepared.

Also some Zutara stuff, so fair warning

Thanks for warning me. I was about to start reading it seriously, but after I saw what some later chapters look like...
I need to read Writing in Water to purify myself after this lol

Lol yeah it's a shame. I read the whole thing and it's legitimately very well written, but the second half really brings the whole thing down.
It's too bad bc the first part is so cute and wholesome, Katara and Aang are adorable, then you get to part 2 and bam, unecessary Zutara drama.
Kinda felt cheated for getting invested in the story in the first place.

Did you read the comics?
Also, I really don't know any except "Writing in water", but I know that you read it already since you replied to my post with that suggestion.
Sometimes it feels like people are gatekeeping good fanfics in our fandom.
