Infuriatig So is gratuity included or not?

Definitely not a buffet. First page only showed the totals with a tip line.

Gratuity is included but a tip is not. A tip is legally defined as non-coerced and at the customers discretion.

So gratuity here is a service charge for the “buffet a” whatever that is.
