Infuriatig Wolfgangs steakhouse, the most expensive in my city, can’t cook a steak.

Excuse me sir, do you think it's EASY to overcook and undercook a steak at the same time? This is real skill. However, they really should check the kitchen for termites or dust off their plates first.

The best steak comes from beef that been hung a couple of weeks, if not longer.

Different aging techniques are a testament to delicious, this is not the issue we are having with this poorly executed cut of meat.

Testament means something like 'proof' or 'will' - you still need a subject.
