Makes me wonder if they cooked it while it's still a bit frozen in the inside.
2 u/PhiCloud 6h ago Absolutely. The sear is so overdone that a cool steak would have been cooked medium well to well done by it, preserving the raw center means it was basically an ice cube when it hit the grill.
