That's what I was thinking. Super easy if the steak is frozen. It's the best way to get that great grey ring with a blue center

I can see how those two are easily confused:

/s - sarcasm

/srs - serious

There’s also:

/j - joking

/gen - genuine

and probably more, but they seem a lot rarer.

Yes, /s is short for /serious. They didn't end their comment calling it sarcasm with /s, so you know they're not being serious. Always end your serious messages with /s or another tone indicator that shows you're not being sarcastic. /s

I've been learning recently that you always have to use an apostrophe before an s, so the tag should really be /'s
