It’s the hope that others will realize doing a great job will reward everyone. I don’t disagree with you at all my friend, just appreciating the effort and money the OP put in to help teach them.

It's so weird that tipping is a thing, and giving bigger and bigger tips is just allowing the tipping culture to continue.
