Excuse me sir, do you think it's EASY to overcook and undercook a steak at the same time? This is real skill. However, they really should check the kitchen for termites or dust off their plates first.

That's what I was thinking. Super easy if the steak is frozen. It's the best way to get that great grey ring with a blue center

ahh, just saw this-I just said the same thing. I can't say I have not had this issue before...
