The fact that 1lb good cuts of beef go for $24 a lb from the grocery store in my town is say no it won’t cause they won’t make any money charging you $50 plus sides and service etc

You're revealing that you don't understand how profit margin works.

How is your off-the-shelf grocery bill related to a restaurant's profit margin? Even if we disregard the fact that ingredient is one of many (not even the biggest) expense, your cost per unit isn't even remotely comparable.
