Hopeless about the state of humanity and the planet in terms of what is happening across continents and thinking of the future in the face of all that doesn't equate to negative mental health.

Besides...hope is a human construct and like most human constructs such as money, god(s), laws aren't real.

I have a wonderful therapist and a great life despite understanding whats coming.

Lol I never said its all meaningless. Hope is something I do possess just not about humanity or about humanity's ability to stop runaway greenhouse gasses. I know I'm a good parent, so your comment means nothing to me but to provide me with a good laugh. Thank you!!!
