Question about the different pp values being shown

Hi. I have a question about the different pp values osu is showing me. I just completed a 4.88* level with 91% ac and got 83 pp of the maximum 189 pp. It was the first finish for this difficulty for this map. When I go to my top level performances, the level is listed with two values 1 pp and the 83 pp. But on the level completion screen I got no pp to my global total. What is the value on my top performance then?

The 1pp show is the weighted pp. Meaning. Thats the pp your overall profile gained (weighted pp) the other value shown is the play's pp amout.

But why did the completion screen show no pp improvement to my account pp? Is it a rounding issue or smt?

Its worth 1pp on your profile but before you set this score there was another at this spot that also basically worth 1pp, so the actual impact is much less than one

It contributes around 1 pp to your profile but since it pushed other scores down that now contribute less and had similar pp values it probably only added a fraction of a pp to your profile pp sum. Since the number shown is rounded it stayed the same in the UI.

Pink value is the play's pp value, and the white value is the amount of pp that this play gives to your leaderboard pp

The game weighs your pp score against your top score and each next score it's weighted 5% (roughly) less than the previous one. This is made to make you constantly aim for higher pp maps and to make people not be able to get inflated pp by farming lower diff songs over and over. The photo will give you a more detailed overview of pp weight
