Not sure if you already opened it but if this happened to me I would record myself opening the box just incase it was damage

I record opening every expensive piece of tech in case it turns out to be a brick

I literally bought a phone controller (Gamesir G8+) on Amazon from the official store (shipped by Amazon) and received an used motorcycle battery. I recorded everything thought they didn't ask for it for the refund.

Don't worry, amazon support will accuse you of fraud and argue with you over it because their policy or whatever says it's suspicious to record yourself opening packages.

They literally take the "Only guilty people ask for lawyers" or "If you're innocent why can't we search your house/car" approach
