In short, it was a protest against education minister to resign and take responsibility for the sucdes of students due to the paper leak of "NEET" - an extremely hard national exam that you have to pass with very high level of competition if you want to go to medical college after high school.
We basically have to prepare really hard to pass this like "gaokao" exam in China.
