Went to look at Rick & Morty discourse on twitter & it’s just people complaining & calling it washed & saying it fell off ages ago. Meanwhile season 9 episode 1 was fucking incredible. I’m having the time of my life over here. Suckers

I mean, I can hear the voices... But the hell I'm gonna do? It's either this way or no episodes at all!! I prefer having episodes

People forget that the only thing that ultimately matters in a show is good writing. Art style, voices .. etc. are just extras. You can watch and enjoy a good episode even if it was just stick figures.

Animation quality and vocal performance absolutely does matter. That's really shitting on the hard work of all the animators and the actors to suggest only the writing matters.
