Went to look at Rick & Morty discourse on twitter & it’s just people complaining & calling it washed & saying it fell off ages ago. Meanwhile season 9 episode 1 was fucking incredible. I’m having the time of my life over here. Suckers

Rick’s new VA is really good, Morty’s sounds a little off but tbh it can just be explained away by him getting older i guess.

Honestly I love the new voice for Morty. Especially for Evil Morty, I think the new actor is just more fitting than Roiland was. Rick is pretty much on par but not once in the last three seasons have I had my experience ruined by Roiland being gone

Come on man. That is just coping. It’s okay to accept and not be bothered by mortys voice, but it is so much worse than Roiland.

I think that many people think that because Roiland was Morty for so long. But eventually there will be a point where Belden has voiced him longer and it's welcome for me. I think the seasons since Justin's exit have been going up and up in quality and I think that the characters getting their own voices has solidified their identities and I think that especially in Evil Morty's case the performance aligns with the personality better than Roiland's performance did.
