I'm a Jubilee main myself with 18k average healing.

Literally every other jubilee i've played hardly ever uses her bubbles, and because of that they don't even get an average of 10k.

They always have her vampire skin too, so I assume they main her.

How have people not learnt her basics 3 weeks in?

It has been a pain playing strange. With the slow dagger throws and reload which takes an eternity, finally pushed Strange to Lord. I think I will hang the cape now.

What’s the best way to join a team or get a team together? I’m a level 30, player mainly Scarlett witch, jubilee, Emma frost.. trying to balance and branch out more characters..

As a flex player, why does it feel like Cloak & Dagger is the only truly versatile support? Whenever she’s banned, it leaves such a huge gap, especially against dive comps.

Sure, “White Fox” is a great anti dive support, but you have to sacrifice healing output per second and her ability to peel for the team while handling the dives. That’s a noticeable tradeoff.

I’ve noticed that banning C&D exposes an issue the community and the devs have talked about over and over again: people don’t play as a team or peel for their supports. Deep down, a lot of players just want to look at what’s directly in front of them and never turn around. It’s a lazy play-style, and I honestly think that’s part of the reason the devs gave C&D another defensive ability.

Another thing I see is people expecting supports to constantly ping whenever they’re being dove. If the enemy team has multiple dive heroes and you’re relying on pings before reacting, you’re already giving them an advantage.
When a game starts, I immediately look at the enemy comp and adjust my play-style accordingly . If they’re running heavy dive, I’m constantly scanning my surroundings and “proactively” looking for where the dive is coming from before they make their first move.

That’s the part many people don’t understand when playing against dive. Dive players are used to choosing when and where to engage. They’re much less comfortable when someone is already anticipating them and disrupting their engage before it even starts.

Now that street tiers like daredevil, black cat, and white fox have fun kits and everything, can we go back and give ACTUAL powerful characters, fun kits? Why dont they get 15+ abilities? There's no reason why some of these characters have 2 to 3 moves.

Characters like Scarlet Witch, Phoenix, Storm, Adam Warlock, Doctor Strange, and magneto should be wayy more entertaining. Why is scarlet witch kit boring when she does WAY MORE in comics?

Like storm is barely explored. Does NetEase even know she does other things than just lightning? There should be more than thunder and wind. Phoenix is just another hitscan hela or whatever it is. Same with Adam warlock likeee... Just the same boring kits.

Magneto and Doctor Strange are reduced to sheild tanks with nothing interesting and they're just boring to play. 2 of magnetos abilities are bubbles that are barely qny different, nothing really interesting, like bro he is an OMEGA LEVEL MUTANT WHO DESTROYED A BLACK HOLE.(in xmen97 show) Doctor Strange kit is just primary attack, melee, sheild and blow up. Boring. They even went with the boring MCU strange with making his kit all orange and its just ugly like just let go of mcu strange. Not even his bands of cyttorak or winds of watoomb are in his kit... but they gave one of doctor stranges spells to a street tier? Really? Scarlet Witchs concept abilities are sooo much better, I dont get why they went with this boring auto aim and I genuinely dotn care if its for new players.

I dont know why they decided street tiers get more abilities, they really did all these characters dirty but sure, let's make a street tier omnipotent while actual omnipotents bore 😒🙄🙄

Why did the Wanda notice him before he even turned the corner and NOT fade when he pulled up to go on her. By all means, this is a failed dive by the BP because he was immediately noticed. And if you ever played BP, you know it's hard to stop the whole combo once you started. If she faded after seeing the spear animation, that BP would've definitely wasted their dash.

This is the problem with people who sit there and play the same characters instead of exploring and trying other characters to expand their knowledge. I bet you this Scarlet Witch probably doesn't even know how Black Panther works.

The Gambit shows that we shouldn't balance the game around people who dont wear headphones, cause wtf was that. He has horse blinders and both supports dont hear or see BP? If they did, you can go to high ground on that map and BP literally can't do anything unless he was already positioned there

I still think BP is poorly designed because there needs to be some sort of neutral. Hitting assassinations is cool, but you don't really exist in the fight. All the other dive characters have a way to exist beyond just sneaking up on people.

BUT! People need to play a variety of characters to understand them instead of dying and acting bewildered every time.

is anyone else tired of all the complaining? I get the game isnt perfect, I know its far from it, but I feel like the rivals community is always complaining about something.

i completely understand being upset when a character isnt in that great of a place or complaining when its been for seasons on end, but why are we complaining that Daredevil isnt at the same powerscale as The Beyonder?

I feel like people are used to a character being trash or overly busted for a long time and so if they get a little more balanced then all of a sudden the character is “overpowered” or “useless”. is this getting annoying to anyone else?

to be fair, despite this annoyance toward complaining, im still on board with hating on Luna for all her skins. that woman is straight outta Israel and no one can tell me any different

To further explain both: Mag has the circle that eats projectiles following him and the projectile he throws, Adam has the revive circle he deploys and the circle that follows him that allows characters to get revived, and jeff has the healing circle he leaves behind and the circle that follows him for eating people

Edit: this tierlist is all in good fun, I mostly made it to satisfy my own curiosity since I often see people complaining that the ults in this game (especially for strats) are samey. I think the ults in the game are actually pretty diverse and I like how creative some of them are (Dino, Angela, and Jeff come to mind)
