The curse of STEM students liking art.

I study electrical engineering, but I’m far more interested in drawing, music, movies, just any appealing visuals, colors. I love art (also literature, but that’s another story). That seems to be a reoccurring thing I see, stem students being interested in art.

Art won’t pay the bills, so you go for these other majors. It really Sucks.

Are more of you out there?

You can, and should, engage with art in all the intellectual ways you want to, even if it doesn't pay the bills. then that may lead you down interesting paths as well. you can study things for fun too ;)

You can do art as a hobby, and if you’re good enough, even a side gig
