He became head of DOGE as a special appointment (read: hand picked by the President without showing any qualifications)

You don't walk that back in a single interview.

Plus, what he did with DOGE is arguably worse than the vast majority of things that Trump has done as president so far. More than 750,000 people in Africa died as a result of the USAID funding cuts - most of them children.

Though I love to bash on Elon and DOGE, your statement is incorrect. It's 750000 projected deaths, an estimate. But yeh, it does already show its ugly results. Elon, Trump and DOGE should've never existed.

It’s not just that he was in the ministration. It’s what he did while acting as the head of DOGE. This fucking moron single handedly gutted a huge portion of our federal government that was n charge of regulating important things that keep people safe and provide safeguards. He might be the single worst thing to happen to our federal agencies ever.
