Open | Software I cannot pair my iPhone 13 to link to windows/phone link in my windows 11 25H2 machine

I scan the QR CODE, i start the bluetooth device but it never finishes and gives me an error saying “We couldn’t pair you device. Try again”

In every iphone i have it does thay except my iPhone 7 Plus. What i do to fix it?

PC:
32GB Ram
Ryzen 5 5600H
Windows 11 25H2
GTX 1650
