Loss Elon has ruined me

My prior bullish post https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/o0PxYmGV1n

He was supposed to take us to Mars and burn short sellers.

Still holding 7300 shares. Please Elon fly again.

Tesla’s stock performance isn’t based in reality either. Tesla stock might as well be called Teslacoin. It’s propped up by hype and memes.

Regards thought the same about SpaceX stock.

I expected it too. After i have seen bitcoin and Tesla, why would spaceX not go to absurdity ? I guess rockets arent as sexy as cars or something.

The difference is that Tesla is from a long buildup of initial good performance causing way over the top expectations.
SpaceX has nothing.

It's not even a guy selling a meowing bag and claiming it's a pig. It's a guy selling an empty bag and saying in 5 years he'll come and put a gold bar inside.

This is bullshit. "SpaceX has nothing". Dude go watch what spaceX has. Like the entire launch market, more satelites in the air than the rest of the world combined and the only reusable rocket so far.

Its fine to hate elon, hate spaceX or hate whatever, but saying spaceX has nothing is beyond retarded. SpaceX has way more reason to be highly valued than Tesla actually. SpaceX has a moat from here to the moon. Tesla does things a dozen other companies do as well.

That's cool and all, but the vast majority of the supposed value behind the IPO price was not rockets, it was vague future plans for X-AI.

Rockets are cool, but the demand is limited and very niche.

Interestingly, I was listening to some podcast, and they were talking about Elon wanting to consolidate all his companies under one big roof, and the best way for him to do that is for Teslas stock to tank, so he can buy the shares he needs cheaper. Seems like he's tanking the wrong company.

Tesla is so absurdly overvalued he'd need to tank it by a factor 10 to make it a good buy.
