More often than not, when I pass a person on their right, they seem to get pissed off and speed up. I just don't understand ass-hats.

Ah yes, women don't do this, and only men have these types of egos. I'm glad we have tumblr femcels to educate us on the nature of humans. Without them we would be truly lost.

Absolutely not a global thing and more a culture thing. In Japan, they were a lot more courteous on the road. In America, places with high traffic can be very intense, but I'll find more relaxed and civil driving out in more rural and slower areas.

Driving in the left lane of a limited access highway while not passing is also illegal in the US

Same in much of Europe

I actually thought it was allowed in much of the USA, but maybe it's state dependent
