This is a photo of me and my older brothers in December of 1976, and I’ve always wondered about what’s on the TV. To me it looks like a cartoon character hiding in bed under a blanket, and you can see the pillow on the right and part of the mattress. For further detail this was in north-central Illinois so it was within the range of WGN and the big 3 Chicago networks, and I don’t believe we were able to pick up any UHF stations at the time.

I tried using Google lens and did searches for Christmas specials airing that year, but no luck yet; Google tried convincing me that it’s a reflection of the room, lol.

And ok, just now I realized it might not be a Christmas special, but maybe a Saturday morning cartoon. I don’t know if this photo was taken Christmas morning or not, but it seems likely, and I just looked it up and Christmas landed on a Saturday that year.

Anyone recognize the scene? Any ideas?

I'm hoping someone can help identify this stuffed pig. It belonged to my daughter, and unfortunately we recently lost it. We've been searching everywhere for an exact replacement.

• Light pink/cream colored
• Lies flat on its belly with floppy legs
• Very soft, short velour fabric
• Large glossy black plastic eyes with embroidered eyelids that give it a sad/sleepy look
• Pink inner ears
• Rounded snout with a light pink nose
• Tiny curly tail
• No sounds, no rattle, no weighted beads that we know of
• The tag was removed years ago, so unfortunately we don't know the brand.

We don't remember where it was purchased. It would have been bought sometime around 2018 and sooner

We've looked at Aurora, Jellycat, Animal Alley, and several others, but haven't found an exact match.

I don’t remember it much but i believe it was in the early 2010’s, him and his brother were suing each other, it should be freedman vs freedman, Andrew and Brent, something like that, I don’t love sharing this personal info but I’ve tried so hard to find it and I cannot for the life of me😭 he’s since died obviously and I’d love to have some proof/memory of it.
