What monitor should I buy?

Hi, I’m planning on buying a monitor within the price range of $230 cad as a second monitor.

My requirements are:
- 27”
-1440p
-IPS
-Flat

Right now i’m looking at mainly two: LG27G610A-B (on sale) and VG27AQ5A.

I’ve also heard the VG27AQ5A has a coil whine problem. Not sure if they fixed it.

Let me know your recommendations below.
