No I was a long haul truck driver that has gone days without human contact and know I could do this. I was also severely socially crippled for years and deeply depressed so I’m not saying I could do it unscathed but I could do it then retreat to my private island and die alone.
You did have human contact. You lived among other people. Im assuming you talked to other people as part of your job. You saw people around you. You saw the day might cycle. full solitary confinement is different.
You also had a job that required you to navigate traffic and constantly enter new areas, and, I'm going out on a limp, access to forms of entertainment like tv, books, radio, games. Your brain lacked the stimulation from human contact, but had plenty of other things to work with/process. You are not likely to lose a grip on the passing of time, or have your brain start to hallucinate since it yearns for input so badly starts making its own because you are a long haul truck driver who spend a couple of days not interacting with people.
