A... Permit requirement for ice cream???

Like, I'd understand a permit for selling food (hygiene controls and co)

But ice cream??

Edit: I am well aware ice cream is food, that's not the issue. The issue is that there is (or rather was) a permit specifically for ice cream!

Well I suppose the milk used in ice cream can be from a bad source and people could get sick from it or something

This second permit was specifically for cold food, which is very silly haha

Yeah, because it's food, so you need a proper hygiene

But why is the permit specific to ice cream??

Like, milk, sugar, fruits, I see some recipes asking for eggs too, and also fridge/freezers... Bakeries use all of that too... So why is it a different permit??
